Responsibility

• Expand strategic partnerships and explore new business opportunities and strategic initiatives aligned to the roadmap of the company
• Proactively reach out to new potential local partners, knowing the whole business picture to negotiate the business terms effectively and successfully onboard the partners
• Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements from A to Z to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
• Deliver go-to-market strategies for new and existing products Leverage our ecosystem to deliver impactful partnerships with global & local corporates (e.g., Pay/Card, NFT, BNB Chain, fiat partners, brokerage, distribution partners)
• Collect first-hand market insights, regularly provide user feedback, and coordinate with other teams to drive market/community expansion
• Create programs and find repeatable channels that reach and activate new users
• Build a strong brand name and presence in the local blockchain/cryptocurrency community

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Business Development
• Background in at least one or a combination of business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management, venture capital, and portfolio management
• Effective communicator, able to represent Weedot to external stakeholders
• Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
• Passion for crypto and digital assets
• Crypto native is a plus
